Post-press and print finishing

Our mod­ern print­ing cen­tre is com­ple­ment­ed by exten­sive post-press and fin­ish­ing machin­ery. Cut­ting, fold­ing, enve­lope inser­tion, punch­ing, emboss­ing, affix­ing, tab­bing, glu­ing, stitch­ing, creas­ing, shrink wrap­ping, insert col­la­tion and pack­ing are essen­tial parts of the print­ing process when it comes to pro­duc­ing high-qual­i­ty, durable end prod­ucts. These steps are par­tic­u­lar­ly impor­tant in giv­ing high-qual­i­ty print prod­ucts, such as brochures, cat­a­logues and oth­er adver­tis­ing mate­r­i­al, a dis­tinc­tive hap­tic and aes­thet­ic appeal that sub­se­quent­ly boosts the mar­ket pres­ence of our cus­tomers.

Print-on-demand is a mod­el in which items are print­ed only when an order is received rather than large quan­ti­ties of print prod­ucts being pro­duced in advance. Espe­cial­ly now that there is an increas­ing aware­ness of envi­ron­men­tal issues, it is absolute­ly essen­tial that we com­mu­ni­cate effec­tive­ly and accept respon­si­bil­i­ty by prac­tis­ing sus­tain­able raw mate­ri­als man­age­ment. Avoid­ing over­pro­duc­tion and using more effi­cient and envi­ron­men­tal­ly friend­ly print­ing process­es, along with the relat­ed opti­mized logis­tics process­es, all con­tribute to reduc­ing CO2 emis­sions.
